Before we start let me say I find rollers the hardest thing to ride in the world, nothing strikes fear into me like the though of riding on them. Jack on the other hand took to them like a fish to water.

Today he reckons he's going for no hander so we have the first aid kit ready. Anybody fancy indoor training? We have a range available from Tacx and Elite (rollers and turbos) , makes sense as its getting colder again :)
