Raining may not be entirely accurate (there are more dexcriptive words could use but they arent polite) but it will have to do. If you need a waterproof we have them in stock in a variety of styles and colours , call in wet and go out dry.
New In stock is a range of Polar Heart Rate Monitors, call in for a look and a chat with Julian who is using a RS800CX and will shortly be adding a GPS sensor so he can map where he's been on Google Earth (dont know if a loop from Greggs to Pizza Hut counts as training though)
